”Chris has an impressive depth and breadth of interdisciplinary knowledge on the drug war and drug policy. Chris' work is also informed by a methodological approach that is closer to ethnography than traditional journalism; this depth and emersion enables Chris to push beyond trite and recycled tropes about the drug war and to challenge harmful stereotypes about the lives and experiences of people who use drugs.” - Anne Montgomery, Haverford College
Since 2018 Moraff and his colleagues Troy Farah and Zachary Siegel have produced Narcotica--A Podcast About Drugs & The People Who Use Them. Over the past five years the team has covered topics ranging from opioid hysteria to chemsex and have been called one of the best drug podcasts. They recently broadcast their 80th episode.
